A New Tea has Appeared!

"Blue People" Oolong tea is a Ti Kuan Yin Varietal tea caked with Panax Ginseng and Licorice root. The base tea is a honey-forward, floral Taiwanese Oolong tea that compliments the fruity flavors of the licorice and the ginseng. A lingering sweetness makes a large impression for this tea! Subsequent brewing reduces the sweetness, revealing a wonderfully delicate orchid flavor from the base tea. The name "Blue Tea" is derived from the shape of the Ginseng root; it looks a bit like a human body! We'll have this available at the Ohio Kimono Open House, so make sure to stop by and give it a try!
